The apartment is located in the characteristic Cirenaica district, on the mezzanine floor of a condominium of only 3 residential units in a quiet and peaceful street. Communal garden with access on the same floor.
The location makes the apartment very convenient due to its proximity to the S. ORSOLA Polyclinic, the center of Bologna and the Fair.
If desired, private parking included just 5 minutes walk away!

Attention please! Since I leave the check-in and check-out times to my guests to decide, compatibly with the exits and entrances before and after the period of stay, it is very important to communicate the times to me as soon as possible, so that I can organize them in the best possible way. and avoid unnecessary waiting. Otherwise it would be impossible for me to give my guests the opportunity to choose the time most convenient for them. Thank you in advance for your availability!

Breakfast and parking in private courtyard with electric gate included! Important: I would like to remind my guests that in Bologna it is not possible to park on the white lines, not even for a fee, as they are spaces reserved for residents only! Paid on the blue lines.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with window and double bedroom. Airy environments (ceiling height 3.50 m) and shared garden where it is possible to smoke, relax or have breakfast. Silent street.
Large parking lot with remote control in the immediate vicinity (just two streets away), very convenient!
Breakfast includes milk, tea, orange juice, fruit juice, coffee pods, biscuits, jam, honey, sugar (white, brown or dietary). It is possible to request a dedicated breakfast based on personal needs, but it is important to point this out immediately in order to provide it before your check-in. Of course there will be water and good wine!

I have done everything possible to make my apartment welcoming and complete with all services, what I cannot do is change its location. Let me start by saying that it is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Bologna for those who live in the city, both for its proximity to the centre, the S.Orsola hospital and the Bologna Fair, and for the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and a permit is not required to enter with the vehicle. I would also like to point out that, moving on foot, it is only 200m from the S.Orsola hospital, 5 minutes from Porta S.Vitale and Porta S.Donato and 20 minutes from the two towers and Piazza Maggiore.
By bus, from the nearby and well-serviced S.Orsola stop, it's about a 2-minute journey to Porta S.Vitale, 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore and 20 minutes from the Bologna Fair on bus 28, which runs every 12 minutes from the stop. S. Egidio.
