The location makes the apartment very convenient due to its proximity to the S. ORSOLA Polyclinic, the center of Bologna and the Fair.

Since I leave the check-in and check-out times to my guests to decide, compatibly with the exits and entrances before and after the period of stay, it is very important to communicate the times to me as soon as possible, so that I can organize them in the best possible way. and avoid unnecessary waiting. Let me start by saying that it is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Bologna for those who live in the city, both for its proximity to the centre, the S.Orsola hospital and the Bologna Fair, and for the tranquility of the neighbourhood.

For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and a permit is not required to enter with the vehicle. I would also like to point out that, moving on foot, it is only 200m from the S.Orsola hospital, 5 minutes from Porta S.Vitale and Porta S.Donato and 20 minutes from the two towers and Piazza Maggiore.

By bus, from the nearby and well-serviced S.Orsola stop, it's about a 2-minute journey to Porta S.Vitale, 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore and 20 minutes from the Bologna Fair on bus 28, which runs every 12 minutes from the stop. S. Egidio.
